Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship our products to most countries worldwide. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to delayed deliveries.
Orders are shipped typically within 1-2 days from the time the order is placed. Shipping time is stated on the check out page as delivery days vary based on region and weight. Shipping cost is calculated depending on the delivery address and weight of the order.
If you wish to receive your order faster, you may upgrade shipping for additional cost. Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are unable to control on our end and also, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, courier mistakes, strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges incurred. There will be no refunds given for these circumstances. If the courier failed to deliver, once proven by the tracking number the order did not complete, we will only be able to solve this with a reshipment.
IMPORTANT:
We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. We will not issue refunds to packages returned to the sender for any reason. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If shipping information is not entered in correctly before your item gets shipped out, we are not responsible for the lost package. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at info@zentrafix.com as soon as possible. We will not be able to give a full refund. We will, however, be able to give you a reshipment at the cost of $15 for shipping.
Lifetime Warranty Policy
Customers are entitled to a replacement at no cost for issues related to product damage, product malfunctions, or manufacturer defects. To process a warranty claim, we require clear photo or video evidence to verify the issue; a product return is not required. Once the issue is confirmed, we will promptly issue the requested replacement or refund. The Lifetime Warranty does not expire, and can be used as many times as needed pertaining to the original order.
This policy is offered on our website for an extra cost, must be purchased on the same day as the original order in order to apply. The Policy covers only the items in the order that the Policy is purchased with.Â
